Therapy Nerd is a little solo passion project created by me, Laurel, a real therapist. I have a long history of being a creative worker in the fields of design and illustration for many years before becoming a Registered Clinical Counsellor. My love of drawing, therapy, and psychology led me to create psychology support supplies and whimsical, often funny, usually tongue-in-cheek t-shirt designs.

My purpose is to help people know, understand, and love themselves more and feel empowered in their own lives and relationships.
